Victoria's Flower Cottage
In May 2006, the DDA and the City Council implemented a new Sidewalk Display Program to encourage businesses to dress up their storefronts in an effort to continue to create an "alive" downtown atmosphere that attracts shoppers, encourages pedestrian activity and is eye-catching to car traffic.
